WHY HAS THIS ITEM BEEN DISCONTINUED??????

I use this all the time and am distraught that i can't get it anymore. Please tell me what it has been replaced with? I live in a very hard water area and cannot manage without it!

Now discontinued WHY!

This is a great product and keeps my very expensive steam iron working perfectly. Have you replaced this system with something else? I live in a district with extremely hard water and desperately want to stop it from becoming useless. Please tell me you do.

Great addition

If you live in a hard water area and have a steam iron this is a must - this is great for keeping your irons clean and not have to descale so often. Just a great thing to have and will carry on using.
