My Philips Kitchen Device cannot find my home Wi-Fi network
No light on the Wi-Fi LED of my Philips Air Cooker/Airfryer
Air Cooker:
Start the Wi-Fi set-up process by entering Tools → Settings → Wi-Fi Setup on your appliance and follow the on-screen instructions.
Airfryer:
Make sure that your Airfryer is a connected model: HD9255, HD9280, HD9285, HD9880.
To start the pairing process, start the setup directly from the settings in the HomeID app or follow the steps as described below to start pairing with your Airfryer:
HD9255, HD9280, HD9285: long-press the temperature down button and follow the instructions in the app.
HD9880: go to Settings → Wi-Fi Settings → Wi-Fi Setup mode, then follow the instructions in the app.
Wi-Fi network not listed in the HomeID setup screen
If your network is still not listed, please unplug your Philips Kitchen Device and wait 15 seconds, then plug the appliance back in and try again. If your network still does not appear, please contact us for further assistance.
Connection to a 5 GHz network not working
If your home Wi-Fi router is configured to a single 5 GHz band, try switching to dual-band network mode to enable the 2.4 GHz band. Then connect your smartphone to the 2.4 GHz network and follow the steps to set up your appliance.
