    Country-style moist banana bread

    Ingredients

    • 265g self-raising flour
    • 40g plain flour 40gm
    • 140g grown sugar
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 2 medium-sized overripe bananas, mashed
    • 2 eggs, lightly whisked
    • 125ml milk
    • 50g butter, melted and cooled
    • 1 medium-sized banana, vertically sliced for decoration

    • Step 1: Combine both flours, brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a large bowl.​

    • Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix together mashed bananas, eggs, milk, and melted butter until combined.​

    • Step 3: Add the wet mixture into the dry mixture, mix until just combined.​

    • Step 4: Grease and line a 11cm x 21cm loaf tin. Spoon the banana loaf batter into the tin and smoothen the surface. Optional: Top with sliced banana halves, for decoration.​

    • Step 5: Set Philips Airfryer to 180°C. Place filled loaf tin into Airfryer basket and cook for 35-45 mins, or until skewer inserted into the middle of the loaf comes out clean. Remove loaf from tin and leave to cool before slicing.
