Great all in one productThe only negative is the instruction manual or should I say sheet. It falls short of my expectations. Lacks more detailed information and should include recipes using all the accessories. My iron manual has more information! Your customer service could not offer assistance.

Poor quality, not a good processorI bought this processor as a way of wanting to cook more. As advertised by Jamie Oliver I thought it couldn't be a bad processor. I was wrong! The plastic basin has split in several places with just a handful of uses. The lid stopped clipping into the handle initially then the handle split from the basin itself. It is currently being held together by electrical tape with just 5-6 uses.
Really disappointed with this. Wish I had put the money towards something better since it wasn't that cheap itself!

Great! This product is powerful, functional and very sturdy. It looks great, is easy to use and has few attachments. This is perfect for me, as I seem to lose parts if there are too many to find space for in my kitchen. The few attachments it does have are fantastic, simple and functional. All you want in a kitchen appliance.

Not a good buyBought this because of the generous size and assumed Phillips/Jamie means it would be good. Wrong.
The rubber suckers holding it down are a pain- cannot getbit out of the cupboard without a wrestle. Power chord storage is crude and fiddly.
Worst though is that the bowl is so fragile and the handle came off after just a few uses. I bought another but the safety interlocks no longer fitted.
It is simply poorly designed with inferior materials. Shame, it actually worked very well for a short while.
Consigned to the recycle bank and looking for another.

Can't really review it as haven't worked out how to use it - instructions are pretty hopelessJust opened my new food processor and have to say the manual (or sheet of paper) is almost indecipherable. I've had to go online to try to find out which attachment is which, what they are for / how to use them. The diagrams in the instruction sheet are too small and unclear - it's next to useless. It also looks very cheap. Disappointing that there is not a nice, glossy brochure with lots of images demonstrating the different attachments with lots of different foods, plus recipe ideas. That would definitely inspire me to use the food processor and to dip into it for different ideas. At the moment, I'm thinking of putting it in the cupboard and forgetting about it. Shame as I've also bought Jamie's 15 minute meal recipe book.

I am super disappointed in this machine! My machine is just two years old. I use it mainly for blending soups. I have been happy enough with it's performance, however now it is breaking. The white locking handle on the side of the bowl began losing small pieces of plastic at the top and now has separated from the bowl. I am super disappointed! My previous processor was 28 years old when it needed replacing. Two years! Do not waste your money!

FlimsyHad to replace whisks after one use making pancakes. They bent out of shape. Now handle has totally split from basin. It has been taped on for over a year. Useless. Was never strong.
