My Philips Tower Fan's base is wobbly or vibrates

    Published on 20 April 2023
If the bottom of your Philips Tower Fan is unstable and vibrates, please find possible causes and how to fix it below.

Not placed on a flat surface

Ensure that you place your Philips Tower Fan on a flat surface and that there are no foreign objects beneath the appliance.

The base is not assembled correctly

Turn the appliance off and unplug it from the wall socket. Follow the steps below and assemble the base correctly:
    1. Assemble the two pieces of the base part of the fan (see image 1).
    2. Loosen and remove the cap from the bottom of the appliance (see image 2).
    3. Put on the assembled base and tighten the cap back onto the appliance (see image 3).

If your appliance is still unstable, please contact us for further assistance.
