    The remote control of my Philips Tower Fan is not working

    Child lock is activated

    Check if the child lock is activated on the appliance. The appliance does not respond to the remote control when the child lock is activated.

    Out of battery

    The remote control could be out of battery. Check if the batteries are correctly installed in the remote control, or replace them with new batteries.

    Object is blocking the signal

    Ensure that the remote control is aimed at the signal receiver of the appliance and clear out any objects that may be blocking the signal.
