What to do when the Air Purifier Air Quality Indicator does not turn Blue

    Published on 04 April 2023

Air purity indicator is not changing colour/is not turning blue

    • Please clean the pre-filter with a dry brush/vacuum cleaner
    • Clean the air quality sensor
    • Reset the filter
    • Make sure that the filters are placed facing the correct direction (all filters have numbering and direction tags on them. Make sure that the tag is facing forwards)
    • If the PM2.5 level is higher than 150, use the product on the highest fan speed/in turbo mode
    • Try to keep all doors/windows closed while operating the air purifier
    • Check sensitivity mode (applies to AC4014 TO AC4372 only). Keep the product in standard mode
    • Make sure that packing material (polythene) is removed from all of the filters
