My Philips Air Humidifier stopped working

When the top part of your Philips Humidifier (the upper unit) is not placed correctly over the water tank, these two pieces will not be fully connected and your humidifier will not work.

Please double check that the top of your humidifier is placed correctly.

The larger side of the wick support should be in the bottom of your Philips Humidifier as shown in the image below.

If the wick support is wrongly assembled, the float won't work and the humidity sensor will indicate lack of water. Please ensure that the wick and wick support are placed correctly. Did these solutions not solve the issue? Please contact us for further assistance.
