    My Philips SteamCleaner Multi does not release steam

    If your Philips SteamCleaner Multi does not release steam, this can be due to several causes. Find out the possible causes and solutions for this below.

    In this case, let the steamer heat up for approximately 45 seconds. When the blue light starts blinking, the steamer is ready for use.

    Unplug the steamer and refill the water tank.

    Checking the water level

    Insert the water tank properly.

    If you hold the steamer upside down, this makes it impossible for the steamer to pick up water from the water tank. Hold the steamer in the upright position.

    This steamer is designed to be used in an upright position on hanging garments. Do not use the steamer in a horizontal position.
