TerribleWish I’d have read these reviews prior to purchasing this sippy cup. Completely useless and judging by the reviews the manufacturer is not the slightest bit interested. They have my money and I have a waste of my money.

Leaks! The two main reasons i purchased these cups as my daughters first sippys was because they were leak proof, and had two handles for ease of use. The handles work great, however, for a little one first learning to use a sippy the cups gets tossed, turned upside down, and shaken a lot. The water i put in it (only 2oz since no more than that is recomended for a 6 month old) had almost completely leaked out. LO had a few tiny sipps before we decided too much was ending up soaked all over her clothes. Over all, cute product and easy to grasp, but very very messy. Wouldn't want to use anything other than water in the cups.

Great cup for introduction to sippy cup!I received the My Penguin Sippy Cup (7oz, 2pk Mixed Color) as a free sample for my review. This is a great product! It has a cute, playful penguin design that I can appreciate. It's very easy for my son to hold onto. It seems quite sturdy and holds up well to his biting of the soft spout and casual cup drops to the floor. However, it does drip VERY slowly from the air vent hole if it's tipped over far enough to the side and is still full or if it's upside down. The spout doesn't seem to leak though. Just in case, the design of the handle ring keeps the cup tilted up just enough for the liquid to stay away from the spout or air vent if fallen onto a flat surface like the floor. I have not noticed any leaks elsewhere, as long as I ensure the handle ring is secured correctly around the threads of the cup. It's perfect for milk and water. Anything else is not recommended. It's compatible with the Classic and Natural bottles, but not recommended with the glass bottles. As far as the amount of liquid goes, the cup has marks measuring up to 5oz, but in can accommodate 7oz easily. Overall, I think this is a quality product and I think it'll stand the test of time well into my son's destructive toddlerhood. I'd definitely recommend these cups and will be using them for when my next baby comes along.

DisappointedJust bought this few days ago and very poor design. I don't know how they want me to clean the hole in the sprout. It's so small and long. Don't tell me it's water and I don't need to clean it! Because food gets inside it from baby's mouth and there is no way that I can clean it!

Wonderful first sippy cups!I ordered these cups after my daughter had success with the Avent trainer cup (both the nipple and the sippy cup spout). I ordered four, which was under twenty dollars! I received one of every color within two days of ordering! They are colorful and interchangeable between her bottles and the sippy spouts as we are not completely taking her bottles away yet (she's only 6 months). She loves them and they really are leak proof. I love the entire Avent line and will stick with them for every child I have. I highly recommend this product!

Durable, easy to clean sippy cup!I received a free sample of this cup and was super excited to give it a whirl. Right out of the box, I was feeling the design. It was short and squat, had two handles, and a cute penguin design. One thing about sippies that anger me is how SO MANY styles and brands leak even when they claim to be "leak proof." However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that this cup held up and was actually leak proof! It endured several hard throws to the ground and still prevailed. My daughter is just getting used to cups and the double handles are much easier for her negotiate. My 3 yr old used it too and seemed to enjoy it. I like how it's clear so I can see how much liquid remains in the cup. I also love how it's just two pieces, the cup and the lid, so that it's a breeze to clean and I don't have to track down a bunch of other pieces #like straws, inserts, etc#. It seems pretty durable so far. The BPA free is another added plus, as I would steer clear of ones that weren't. The only con is that it is on the short side, so it doesn't hold a ton. Also the black/grey color is a tad boring, but I guess would appeal to those who don't like the stereotypical pink and blue. Personally, i'd like other colors like purple, orange, yellow, etc.

Great design and materials!I was very excited when these Sippy Cups arrived in the mail so I could try them out for free. My first impression was that were made from great quality materials. Definitely not the thin plastic sippy cups that I had been used to buying. The colors and designs were great and I think my 1 year old even noticed and thought they were fun. As far as their practical use goes, it took my 1 year old a day or two to get used to tipping the cup up to drink from it since she usually drinks from sippy cups that have straws. But, she got used to them quickly and now she can switch back and forth from different sippy cups with no issues. The only negative thing about the cups were that they leaked when they fell on the ground or when they were turned upside down and smashed on top of the highchair tray (courtesy of my 1 year old). I used the lid to prevent leaks when packing the sippy cup in my diaper bag and it did it's job well. However, while it kept the spills contained, the liquid would just spill everywhere when taking the lid back off.
So overall, I really liked the design and the materials of the cups but wasn't as happy with the frequent messes that I had to clean up due to all of the leaks.

Not usable.I cannot get this product to work. The lid is very difficult to screw on and when I can get it on no water comes out of the spout no matter how I tip it or suck on it. I would not dare give it to my baby who would just suck and inhalt a lot of air and get stomach pains. I cannot understand the other reviewers. There are no instructions that suggest anything about the way I've assembled it could be wrong, just a simple diagram of what order to place the pieces in. There is nowhere online to ask a question about it. There is nothing useful under the troubleshooting section online. I've spent nearly an hour playing around with it and then thrown it in the bin.
