Mini Hi-Fi System

Had.mine for almost two years now and are used every weekend on my amusement ride (dodged cars ) and they have never failed still working as good as the day I got them . Is there a way to have the nx boost to stay on permanently ?

Nothing mini about these bad boxes. The sound is astounding even at low volume. Pump them up into party mode and prepare to be vibrated around the room. Just love them. Best Hi-Fi I've had ever !

Love the athstetics , so easy to connect with . burn to usb from cd`s, great for mixing tunes usb or cd . Radio capable Very light and easy to move ie wheels , love the carbon fibre look facade Great sound + sound effects + mixing capabilitys . Built in lights are spectacular , changing colours, Flashy blue , great pre set sound options What more could a person need . just love this purchase , thankyou phillips !! Great price for a top product !!

Everyone in the house is in love with this system, only thing that was a let down was that there was no remote , aerial, or Aux cord .. We checked everywhere for it but could not find them.. Apart from that I cannot fault it

Had my NX7 for 2 years and nearly to the day it has conked out,lights don’t work,CD player doesn’t work radio needed to be turned on by remote control as the buttons/switches on the top don’t work,for just short of a grand I expected a lot better,will cost me a fortune to have it fixed,total waste of money and very disappointing product after having on lay-by for 6 months

Same as the others, cd player stopped working. A month later the unit gets power but nothing works. Doesn't even seem to have a force eject function or even a manual eject function when top is removed.

Have had my NX7 maxi speaker system 1300w for just 2 years. Purchased it 30.1.2016. Have really enjoyed it until 2 months ago when playing CD would stop after playing 2 songs. It has stopped altogether now,everything else ok except for the volume control not working properly.Dont know of anywhere to take it to in Northern Tasmania to have it fixed or if its worth paying out to have it repaired. So disappointed in it as would expect it to last longer than the warranty.

i got this cause i loved the brand and i only got too play the thing 3 times from new over the 1 year off haveing it and now it dont do any thing cd player wount play lights spaz out not like when you first plug in volume dont work any moure it has completly crapet out from only bein played three times from new.

Purchased the unit two months ago. Assembled two weeks ago and initially the unit was everything I was hopeful of experiencing..,then cd stopped operating with same problem as previous reviews. Taken to recommended repairer only to find they had closed ..no longer in business (round trip 140 kl) Now waiting for return call from help line. Seems the product has a known problem with the cd component. Design, sound and features when working were excellent.

I eagerly unpacked the units (comes in 2 boxes) and did not need to refer to the instructions as connections were very straight forward. Inserted a MP3 USB drive and wow music was every bit as good as expected. You need to make sure you step back from the unit to appreciate the sound quality. Standing at the controls dilutes the experience so the remote comes in handy. Radio is a good feature as is the ability to mix from 2 sources. Inserted a store bought CD and display showed reading, reading, reading, reading with the obvious sound of the disc spinning round, round, right round. Ejected disc and checked disc for any scratches etc and tried again with no better result. 5 different CD's later and still no joy. Thought over whether this was a real issue for me as I tend to use music on USB's but decided it's a feature of the product and it's not working, so returned it to the store for a replacement. Brought home the replacement unit (I think it may have been floor stock due to less than perfect cosmetic condition), connected it up and turned it on only to get crackling coming from the speakers even before selecting a music source. Inserted a CD and it worked! Tried a USB and it also worked but strange to say whenever no music playing there would be this crackling sound from the speakers. One unit faulty I can cope with but now the second, albeit a different issue, I lost trust in it and was fortunate to be able to return for a full refund. Not the outcome I wanted as its a great unit, if only it would work as designed.
