Makes really good coffee and has an easy to follow manual.

just got this machine and the coffee is beautiful. i have had the saeco talia touch before and this smashes it. it took me 10 min from opening the box to enjoying a very long awaited latte or two. very easy to use and looks great, hopefully i get just as many if not more years use out of this one as i did with the talia touch.

Really happy with this machine. Easy to use and clean. Programable for different users. Makes nice HOT coffee.

I have had several coffee machines over the years but have never been able to get the perfect amount of froth. Until now! This makes my cappuccino exactly how I like it, hot, lots of milk and lots of froth! So delighted with the machine! Hubby does not like new things, and was dubious about getting a new machine. He uses it more than me now! Slowly experimenting with all the different choices of coffee now, yum!!!!

My previous automatic was not able to be cleaned, so I made sure that my new machine could be maintained without sending it back to the manufacturer. The water reservoir needs filling often, but that is because the whole unit is designed to fit well on a counter. Overall, I love the flexibility in the settings for each type of coffee. The foam for a cappuccino rivals any coffee shop. Easy to clean. Extra hopper for a second type of beans is also great to have. Little quirks, but nothing really annoying.

No issues, perfect. I definatelly recommend, fresh coffe all the time. CoffeHeaven, Starbucks ... i no longer buy coffe there, my homemade coffe outcompetes any coffe shop.

My previous machine was a Saeco Talea and I loved it. Had it for over 5 years and decided to upgrade. I had wanted this one for a while, and it then took a while to find one as they were no longer on the market. I have now had this one for about a year and I love it. There are a couple of things that could be improved, but overall, it gives a great coffee and it is HOT!!!

Not so happy! After 2 years, the brew group broke and was changed. Also, having a lot of issues with the ''Add coffee'' message. Appart this, the coffee is excellent!
