This red lentil soup is easy to make and delicious with freshly baked bread.
Ingredients
- 150 g red lentils
- 2 garlic cloves
- 10 g fresh ginger
- 100 g carrot
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red chili pepper (de-seeded)
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- Light cream or yogurt
- Parsley
Directions
- Peel the garlic and press it. Peel the carrot. Put the lentils, garlic, ginger, carrot, tomatoes, parsley, pepper and vegetable bouillon cube in your SoupMaker. Fill with water to the line. Set the SoupMaker to program 1. After 20 minutes, your soup will be ready. Garnish it with some parsley and light cream or yogurt.
