    My Philips Double-Walled Kettle shows an error code

    If there is an error code on the display of your Philips Double-Walled Kettle, find the possible causes and solutions below.

    E1 error code

    An E1 error code indicates that the dry boil protection has detected that there is no water in the kettle. Please allow the kettle to cool down, then refill it with water before restarting the appliance.

    E2 error code

    An E2 error code indicates a temperature sensor fault. Please contact us or send the device to a Philips service centre for further inspection.
