If you see wet spots on your clothes while using Philips All-in-One Ironing Solution, read our article for possible causes and solutions.

Steam condensing inside the iron head

You may see a few wet spots on your steamed clothes, mostly when you just started steaming. However, this is completely normal and happens because of steam condensing inside the iron head of your appliance.

Steam condensing (using a mat or board)

While using a mat or board, steam condensing can cause wet spots on your clothes, especially during long steaming sessions. Please leave the mat or board cover to dry before storing it.

Replace the board cover or mat if it has worn out. You can purchase one from a Philips Authorised Service Centre.

Did the solutions above help solve the issue? If not, please contact us for further assistance.
