- The track format is not supported. Check the file format of your music tracks. Your GoGear player will only play back music files in MP3 & WMA format. WMA songs bought from the Internet with copyright protection are currently not supported. Please check regularly on the http://www.usasupport.philips.com for new product firmware upgrade that may support additional file format. * Tracks were copied from your computer to your player using drag and drop in Windows Explorer or Finder. Your player will play tracks only if they are transferred using the bundled music managment software.
My GoGear player cannot playback some of the tracks
