    My USB device fails to be recognized by my Philips device

    • Set the device in USB mode by pushing the source selector CD/USB position when connecting the USB device to the device * Check to make sure that the USB device is securely connected * Music files stored in the USB device are not supported by the device * The device only supports music file with either MP3 or WMA format * Transfer some supported music files into the USB device if it is empty before connecting it to the device * The USB device is NOT compatible with the device * Replace with another compatible USB device
