    My Philips KEY camera has no power

    • The camera may have automatically powered off. Switch the camera off (turn the power control anti-clockwise) and on again (turn the power control clockwise) * The built-in battery of the camera may be exhausted. Connect the player to your computer via the USB connector to recharge the battery (The USB port of your PC must be able to support high power device. For Mac user, please connect the player to the USB port on the main unit instead of the keyboard) Make sure your computer is turned on throughout the time you are charging your camera
