    The water tank of my Philips Humidifier is leaking

    If the water tank of your Philips Humidifier or 2-in-1 Purifier & Humidifier is leaking, please find possible causes and solutions below.

    Water tank assembly, placement and fill

    Note: All images shown below are generic representations only; there can be some differences among specific appliances.
    1. Make sure that you place the top cap onto the water tank or assemble the water tank correctly according to the User Manual specific to your model.
    2. Make sure that the water tank is correctly positioned.
    3. When filling the tank with water, do not exceed the MAX water level indicated inside the water tank (Image A), or look at the window on the water tank (Image B) to avoid overfilling it with water.
