If you notice water coming out of the spout of your Philips kettle, there might be a simple solution. Discover how to mend it yourself below.
The maximum level indication was exceeded
For safety reasons, your kettle has a maximum level indicator that shows how much water it can contain. Please never fill the kettle beyond the MAX indicator on the water level indication window.
If you fill your kettle above this indication, water could come out of the spout. To avoid this, please make sure that you do not add water above the maximum level indication.
