    The cube cutter is not working properly. What can I do?

    1. Check if the grid is clogged with fibers. If it is, clean the grid before you continue cutting.

    2. Check the speed setting: use only turbo speed to operate the cube cutter, the disc and the kneading tool.

    You should not process ingredients with fibers such as meat, ham and pineapple.

    If the problem persists, please contact the Customer Care Center in your country.
