    I cannot close the cover of my Philips Performer Compact

    If you cannot close the cover of your Philips Performer Compact, there can be several causes. Discover how to simply solve it yourself below.

    There is no dust bag in the appliance

    If there is no dust bag in your Philips Performer Compact, you cannot close the cover of the appliance. To solve this, insert a new dust bag.

    The dust bag has not been inserted properly

    If the dust bag of the appliance has not been inserted properly or if the cardboard tag of the dust bag is distorted, you cannot close the cover of your Philips Performer Compact. Also, check if the blue dust bag holder is correctly in place.
