The nozzle of my Sonicare AirFloss will not come off.

If the nozzle of your Philips Sonicare AirFloss is stuck, you can often easily fix it yourself. Find out how you can quickly resolve your issue or get a replacement.

If your nozzle does not easily come off the handle, please follow these steps:

  1. Grip the nozzle. It is ok to use the nozzle tip for leverage but do not bend or twist the nozzle or nozzle tip.
  2. To help grip the nozzle, use a paper towel or cloth.
  3. Pull the nozzle straight out from the handle interface – do not bend or twist the nozzle during removal.

Once the nozzle has been removed, re-install and remove the nozzle a few more times (4-6 times should be sufficient).
