Brush heads need color codingMy husband and I both use this toothbrush. The old Sonicare toothbrush that we used had color-coding bands on the brush heads so we didn't have to worry about mixing them up. For the crazy cost of these, the least they could be is color-coded!

Densely packed bristles = toothpaste buildupI am a long-time Philips Sonicare user. The DiamondClean model is the fourth I've owned. While the DiamondClean brush cleans teeth effectively, I find it less desirable than my older model Sonicare brushes. It is not as gentle on my gums (sensitive teeth and slight gum recession) compared to other models I have used. Also, the design of this brush allows old toothpaste and gunk to accumulate deep in the bristles. There isn't enough space between the bristles to effectively rinse them thoroughly at the end of each brushing session. The accumulation is unsightly and probably not very hygienic. I have never run into this problem with any of the older models of Sonicare I used, or with manual toothbrushes. While the brush size is noted as "standard", it feels more like the size they used to call "compact" with my older models of Sonicare. I prefer the larger size brushes and older designs.

Diamond Clean Brush Heads are TerribleI have used Sonicare for about 5 years. I was unable to get my standard brush head last month and had to purchase the diamond point head. Bad news! The main problem I have with this brush head is the green diamond bristles in the center of the head. They stick up past the surrounding bristles; they are very stiff and densely packed. When I use this brush, the center bristles buff my teeth, but, since they stick out past the surrounding bristles, the surrounding bristles never hit my teeth, between the teeth or the gum line. The condition of my teeth and gums deteriorated in the ten days I used this head; it was almost as if I had not brushed at all.

Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Standard sonic toothbrush headsI am not pleased with this product. The bristles become splayed very soon in their usage. I can't believe they are doing a thorough cleaning. Disappointing, to say the least.

not as cleanThe Diamond Clean does not work as well as the other head I had for this tooth brush. It is way better than a manual tooth brush but it does not feel my teeth are as clean as my last set of brush heads that had blue and white bristles

This product is high qualityThese toothrush heads are far better than the generic types you can buy which claim to be equally as good at a lower price.

Sonicare diamond care toothbrushPhilips sells products that I have used for years and have been very pleased with; however this year I purchased my second sonicare toothbrush in an alternate color and have recently discovered that Philips has never made the replacement heads in that color amytheist. It would seem that ANY responsible consumer product company wanting to maintain good customer relations would write a disclaimer about that deficiency.

Tooth knocking brush. This is the only head for a Philips DiamondClean top-of-the-line brush. I have no complaints except for one major flaw. The brush head is made out of hard plastic only. No soft rubber backing. Every time the brush back contacts your teeth, it buzzes your whole head. Very irritating.
Other than that, it works perfectly well, even if the cost is excessive. If cost was a great concern, you would have bought a different brush anyhow...
