My Philips All-in-One Ironing Solution does not heat up anymore
Published on 13 November 2024
If your Philips All-in-One Ironing Solution stops heating up, this could be due to several things. Find out the possible causes and solutions below.
Auto Shut-off mode
The power button LED is blinking. This indicates that the appliance is in Auto Shut-off mode. Press the power button once to start the heating up process (this takes approximately 90 seconds).
Descaling is required
You have used up the descaling grace period. The heating and steam functions are disabled to protect the iron from scale. Complete the descaling process to restore the heating and steam functions. Refer to the user manual to descale your appliance using the Smart Calc-clean system.
The iron no longer switches on
If this is the case, there might be an internal electrical problem with your iron. Please contact us for further assistance.
