The Guarantee is available to Eligible Product purchased between 1 November 2024 and 31 December 2025 from participating stores.

If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of the Eligible Product, simply return the Eligible Product to the store you purchased from within 100 days of purchase:

- Don’t forget to bring your receipt
- Make sure the Eligible Product (with all componentry) is in its original condition
