    How to track my brush head order status

    A confirmation email will be sent to you when an order has been placed. You can see the total delivery cost and estimated delivery date after the order has been placed.

    For status tracking, log in to your Amazon account on Amazon.co.uk and click on “Your Orders”.

    How to change a brush head order

    Orders can be changed in the Philips Sonicare App by following the instructions below:

    1. Open the Philips Sonicare App and make sure that you have an Internet connection
    2. Tap the menu icon and go to My brush head
    3. Tap Manage reorder settings
    4. You will be redirected to your Amazon account, where you can pause or change the reorder settings or change orders

    How to cancel a brush head order

    You can cancel all orders before they are marked as “Shipping Soon” in your order status. Log in to your Amazon account on Amazon.co.uk and click on “Your Orders” to cancel an order.

    How to cancel my Philips Sonicare brush head reordering service

    You can cancel your reordering service in the Philips Sonicare App by following these steps:

    1. Open the Philips Sonicare App and make sure that you have an Internet connection
    2. Tap the menu icon and go to My brush head
    3. Tap Manage reorder settings
    4. You will be redirected to your Amazon account, where you can pause or cancel the reorder service

    After cancelling the service, the Philips Sonicare App will no longer place orders for you. If you decide that you want to register again, you can re-enable the service via the Philips Sonicare App

    How to return a brush head order

    You can make use of the Amazon Returns Support Centre to return a brush head order. Visit the Amazon Returns Support Centre.

    Payment and delivery information

    At this time, credit cards are the only supported payment method for the Philips Sonicare brush head reordering service. Gift cards, debit cards and promotional codes cannot be used as a payment method for automatic replenishment orders.

    If you are an Amazon Prime member, you will not be charged for delivery fees. If you are not an Amazon Prime member, you will cover delivery costs for orders under £20.
