I dont understand why people complain about his product i had it for 2 years now And i have no complain maybe the sound could get better

It does every thing I need really well , the picture is superb.

Great picture from my pc. Allot better than my monitor and been reliable.

Looks good Good clarity Great colour Nice thin borders Lightweight - so easy to mount Our first movie on it, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, looks great on it!

I had this to for over three years but out of order for the last year , as a retired tv tech. I find the courage to have a look at it after so long .it is dead no sighs of anything. The power board seems ok with only 31V for the led bklight,all other voltage ok but not back light on signal from the main board . Nothing you can do except replace main board if it is avelable.

I have had this tv less than 2 years and it now only has a black screen. Im so dissapointed in this product and wont buy this brand again.

Screen blackout after less than a month. Never in my life ever bought a TV that turn bad within a month. Have sound and black screen.

We bought this Philips model two days ago and will try to have it exchanged in the store tomorrow. We have tried every possible setting to try and get the low quality image better, however we are appalled by how grainy it remains and the ugly colours, does not feel like HD at all. Even when putting on a Blu-ray dvd the image stays grainy. It's a pity, the design and ease of use are good, but the bad quality picture is no where near worth the money.

if all you want to do is turn it on and change up and down channels this is ok. but if you want to have it change channel to a programmed channel at a predetermined time ,forget it . by the time you figure out how to go about it it will already be half over. the tv guide is woeful compared to other comparable makers. not easy to navigate at all. sound is another point it is very tinny and quiet. had to purchase a phillips sound bar which is quite good but it adds another remote to the equation. at least the remote turns on and off the tv and sound together. i've had my little rant now . thankyou.

The blue color especially the dark blue colour for eg the blue of facebook/ flag of United states of America appears purple instead f the blue. I do not if this is common problem with the TV or I am the one facing this. Really disappointed about this colour as I expected a tV to have basic colors like blue
