The toothbrush has some fantastic features including a long life battery but combine this with Philip’s App and the brushing experience is completely enhanced. With the App I soon realised that I was using too much pressure and it also guides you on how much time you spend brushing in one area too much or too little. The end result is a fantastic feeling that my teeth are absolutely clean and you clearly see this on the app. It essentially trains you on how to clean your teeth. I would highly recommend this toothbrush.

I’m pretty happy with the performance of this device. It’s light weight , easy to use. I like that the brushes are easy to detach and easy to clean. I like the app tracking of your brushing time and technique. I like that you don’t need to use the app if you don’t want to . I like the different programs and timers. I like the long battery life and how it is compact and easy to travel with. I only wish the replacement brushes would be cheaper .

I love the quality and simple to use functions, it does't take up too much room on the counter top.

I bought this product when my old Sonicare Diamond started to get really loud and just didn't brush as well anymore. Unboxing it was a treat. The packaging, the handle, brushes and charging case all looked really good. The app worked well with the brush and I was loving it. I particularly loved the tongue brush that came with the box. After about three months, the toothbrush went from a nice quiet buzz to extremely loud and the brush function just wasn't doing it's job. I thought, oh no! Not again. So, I contacted Philips through the app and was given the phone number to contact them. The support centre for Australia were extremely good. They asked me a series of questions about the toothbrush and what was happening and assessed that I needed a replacement handle which they organised very quickly. I've had the replacement for about two months and it's going well. The toothbrush is awesome and does what it says it will do. My gums feel healthy, my teeth look whiter and I'm pretty happy in general with the product. I also trust Philips to replace the handle should anything go wrong again. Fingers crossed.

The philips HX9992 diamond clean toothbrush is awesome, although a bit expensive , however i waited for a black friday deal and it was still expensive but far cheaper than before. But what can I say it is great and that good i purchased another for my partner and she couldn't believe how well it cleaned her teeth. And the travel case is great too. Product support is awesome, as mine after about a year started to be a bit noisy with a common fault in which the screw holding the metal head plug worked loose. This was quickly swapped out by their support which was awesome as the brush was expensive in the first place. Overall wow it great and worth it.

This is the best toothbrush I have used. It does everything it says on the box. My teeth are cleaner and gums feel better. A lot better than my Oral b IO toothbrush. Worth the extra expense!
