    • Coconut milk 200 ml
    • Vegetable
    • Pumpkin (peeled and diced) 250 gr
    • Yellow bell pepper (seeds and stalks removed) 1 pcs
    • Frozen banana (peel removed) 1 pcs
    • Lemon (peel removed) 1 pcs

    Directions

    • 1. Place ingredients in the blender jug
