    I cannot turn my Philips Tower Fan on/off

    If you cannot turn your Philips Tower Fan on and off or switch the modes, please find possible causes and solutions below.

    Not turning on

    Please ensure that you have plugged the device into the wall socket correctly or try another socket.

    Not turning off or switching modes

    When the child lock is activated, the appliance will not respond to the remote control or the control panel. You can deactivate the child lock by touching the oscillation button for 3 seconds on the control panel or the lock button on the remote control (as indicated in the below image).

    If the appliance still does not work, please contact us for further assistance.
