    What do battery lights on my Philips Avent baby monitor mean?

    The battery light indicator on the parent unit of your Philips Avent Video baby monitor turns green, orange or red to indicate that the battery is full, charging or empty. Find out more about the differences in battery light colours.

    Differences between battery light colours

    When the parent unit of your Philips Avent Video baby monitor is connected to the wall socket, the battery light will turn:

    • Green, if the battery is full
    • Orange, if the battery is charging

    When the parent unit of your Philips Avent Video baby monitor is not connected to the wall socket, the battery light will turn

    • Red, if the battery is almost empty<10%), make sure to connect the parent unit to the mains
    • No lights at all, if the parent unit is not connected to the mains
