What should I do when the letter "F" appears in the right-hand corner of Philips TV screen and it does not respond to the remote control?

On the TV side controls, press the 'VOLUME -' button for five seconds and then press the 'MENU' button for five seconds. Now the letter “F” will disappear from your screen and your TV will respond to the remote control.
