You may have set your settings in the On Screen Display (OSD) to MINIMUM instead of at NORMAL setting.

To display the volume bar on the screen, do the following.

1. Press the 'BROWSE/MENU' button on the remote control.
2. Select TV MENU and press the 'OK' button.
3. Press the cursor up/down to select INSTALLATION and press the cursor right.
4. Press the cursor up/down to select PREFERENCES and press the cursor right.
5. Press the cursor up/down to select OSD and press the cursor right.
6. Press the cursor up/down to select NORMAL and press the left cursor to jump back to OSDto confirm.
7. Press the 'BROWSE/MENU' button to exit the menu.

Note:
MINIMUM - will display less channel information on the screen (for example: volume bar indicator)

NORMAL - will display more channel and programme information (for example: information on the programme, signal strength, screen format, sound settings and etc..)
