I like Philips Sonicare, and purchased several times from Costco. The service of Philips is also excellent. Each time, when my products do not work well, I can always get help and solution from Philips quickly. However, I have a question why most of my Sonicare brush cannot work 2 years while the warrantee is 2 years long? I did ask this question before, but not get answer. However, I always get replacement, so the answer is not that important. But I just curious if this is just happened on me, or common issue for most customers. Here, my purpose is not to complain anything. Actually, I do very appreciate everything from Philips from products to service as mentioned before. I just feel a little bit sorry after requesting replacement for many times, but looks like no other choice when this expensive brush always stop working before expectation and within warranty.

I purched three supersonic tooth brushes, one for myself, for my boyfriend and my son. We all love it! Out teeth are deffinitelly cleaner and indeed whiter. Very happy with the product and the purchase.

I have used a Philipssonicare for many years. This one is similar and works just fine for me.

The price of this Sonic Toothbrush was a little high compared to Oral B, but the performance of this Sonic Toothbrush certainly is well worth the extra $ $ in cost. After just several brushings, my teeth feel shiny and smooth, as if I have just walked out of the dentist's office and spent an hour in the chair having my teeth checked and cleaned.

I originally purchased this product in 2009. A year later I called Philips because the head had broken. There were absolutely no problems getting a free replacement head as it was still under warranty. Best customer service I have had in a very long time! I now need to purchase another replacement head as it too has broken. Considering this product lasted 5 years I would have spent more money on regular toothbrushes over the same period than I spent on my healthy white sonic are! I am a customer for life!
