Soundbar speaker

Everything works well, have had no issues at all and the sound quality is more than adequate for my needs. It also looks good and the LED display on the front is a bonus too

I got this sound bar as a replacement for my 25 year old Philips stereo system . And I am very happy with this sound bar the mode no is HTL3160B/12

I have been using this soundbar for the last week. I have been testing it in its different modes: voice, music, surround and Bluetooth. Very easy to connect through the supplied optical cable while the sub woofer pairs itself immediately.

Just like WHAT HI said about the 5120. Its PERFECT what else can I say.!!

I can happily say I've been using this product daily for the last year. It's quality, modes, and treble/bass adjustments as well as multiple inputs have always serviced my needs. However, there are only a small few issues I have with it. Turning off after 15 minutes of inactivity is a great power-saving feature, but I wish it could be toggled off sometimes. Also, occasionally the sub-woofer will disconnect from the soundbar. Usually a restart will fix this issue. And a small nitpick, the quality of the remote could be better. This product performs really well for movies, great for games, although with some media the soundstage can feel a bit narrow. Overall, I am very happy with this product, would recommend Phillips, and will very likely consider buying their products again in the future.

Weel do not expect real home movie ambient .. But for this money is just great product and very easy to use

This soundbar has a great potential - excellent sound quality, real surround experience with Dolby support (but no DTS - sorry), many connections including Bluetooth, NFC, ARC HDMI and more old school like Optical or even Cinch jack and 3.5mm stereo mini jack. It's a shame that the real support ended over a year ago and there is no more firmware upgrades. Subwoofer still disconnects itself 2-3 times per week which is annoying, system doesn't remember last settings so after auto or manual power off and power on again I have to find the remote to press SURROUND and AUTO DIM feature again - frustrating. Speaking of Auto-off feature - it cannot be switched off so if I go and make myself a sandwich and a brew, my soundbar is switching itself off and I have to turn it on and change ma favourite settings AGAIN. But as I said - it is still cheap and very nice piece of audio equipment. Comparing to my old well-known brand high end wired 6.1 system, this soundbar is REALLY competitive, which surprised me because I was prepared for some "disappointment" in the name of going wireless and more compact.

My use for the soundbar is as a high end PC speaker system. I enjoy listening to quality music whilst working. It is mounted at the back of my desk. I am very happy with the sound quality (I often listen to voice broadcasts/webinars etc and really like the clarity it brings to presentations in general). HOWEVER, my issue is a design "feature" where the unit turns itself off in standby mode after 15 mins of inactivity - this does not work well with a PC. To be clear - I bought this system to make sound. An inactivity option is great - I like green - but to mandate standby is thoughtless. This is not a feature highlighted until you read the fine print in the documentation. I bought the unit online and had it shipped - returning it is not a practical option. Based on comments online - it appears Philips is no longer doing software updates - one might have thought this could easily be fixed ... So - a 4/10 from me given the application of this system does not serve my needs. It would have been a high rating given everything else.

Tried all troubleshooting and it does not work. After I shifter houses, this thing won't work anymore after it has been disconnected. I call the support center but no one answers! Grrr!
