Perfect product
This is my second Philips hand blender and I am super happy of having it. Very easy to use and to clean. I am making smoothies, with it. No problem in blending freezed berries. Also perfect for whipping, blending soups. The best part is for making mashed potatoes, works very well!

The blender does not have enough torque
I tried the chopper accessory to chop up some garlic, onions and chilis, but it did not have enough torque to do the job, despite me cutting the ingredients into very small pieces. Only good for light duty jobs like whisking egg whites. I am an avid user of Philips products, thus, am quite disappointed this did not perform as advertised.
