Saeco Exprelia EvoSuper-automatic espresso machine

Great machine with many options. I like the option of having both the milk carafe and the steam/hot water dispenser on the side. It is the best Saeco model I have had yet. Have had no problems for about two years now. The manual must be read to understand how to adjust settings and the sequence of each coffee brew (using milk/ground coffee/beans). And as with all auto machines, cleaning is routine.

I am very happy with my Coffee machine, it is very ease to use and to cleaner.

great tasting coffee, easy to use, easy to clean, easy to maintain. good strong design, appears to be durable. We use filtered water in the water tank and have filtered water on hand for easy refill of tank. A friend (who is a qualified barista) stopped in for a coffee and was very impressed, particularly with the options to adjust grinding, pre brewing time and liked the layering. so happy we bought this machine!

over 10.000 cups over 6 years...extremely good machine...its coffee grinder mechanism stopped, so we're now looking at replacements for this great little robot.

Cafe macchiato, ....... Aaaarrrrgggghhhhhh, drool drool. With the right coffee beans in the hopper, you will be able to jog along side your car on the commute into the office. So good, had to have two. Got to work 5 minutes before my car did.

This machine is incredibly simple to use and makes fantastic coffee. The only negative I can think of is the amount of water used at start up to rinse the system. Because of this I have to fill the water reservoir more often than I'd like. Otherwise this has been a fantastic purchase

This is a great addition to our home. I can have my frothy coffees and my husband can have his regular old black coffee (via the long shot americano button) Never liked the idea of those unsustainable single cups. They taste like grandmas coffee, and are atrocious for our environment. Love my Saeco, a real Italian coffee maker!

A little disappointed the model was discontinued a couple months after my purchase though.

This is our second Saeco Super Automatic our first lasted about 6 years hopefully this one will as well. Like any product there are some things which could be improved but overall its a great machine and does what its suppose to do i.e. make great coffee. Although we have very few interactions with Customer Service the calls we made have been handled professionally and the staff has been very helpful.
