Thank you for leaving a review. We are disappointed to hear that you have experienced fabric sticking to the sole plate of your iron. Your Azur steam iron has a SteamGlide sole plate for a smooth glide. As you have kept your iron's sole plate clean it may be the setting which is too high causing the fabric to stick, please refer to the user guide for temperature settings. We would also suggest for delicate fabrics, to prevent sticking you can put a cloth (e.g. a tea towel) between the iron and the fabric. We hope this helps.
