Who loves cleaning floors - nobody of course, but now I don't mind. With 2 long haired cats, it is hard to keep floors clean. Instead of vacuuming all the floors, then breaking my back mopping, now I just do both at the same time - it's awesome! The spinning rollers also do a better job on grout than I was doing with mop. No more sore back!

Oh wow oh wow oh wow oh wow!!!! This thing is AMAZING!!! I have a 6 bed room tiled house. My tiles have NEVER been so clean. It' s been raining here for 3 days... I have 3 small children in and out the house like yoyos... mud here mud there, dog sneaks in...shake shake...ugh - you can imagine!!! Ha, lol... NO DRAMA' S!! I just grab VOP (that's his name...vacuum x mop).. swipe swipe - done. If you are sitting on the fence about this product - STOP. Go buy it now.... its amazing. Easy, simple, quick - my floors are gleaming. And with each go over - the grout is coming cleaner too. I love the little dirty water catcher. I never knew how dirty my floors were before. I just threw my dirty old yukky mop and bucket out. Who ever designed this thing is sheer genius. Thankyou Phillips. Thankyou thankyou thankyou!!!!

I bought this in 2014 and it is still working like a charm without any problems. Never have had to call service centre. I have looked at many new cleaning tools that have come into the market but nothing cleans like this machine. If you have to move your furniture/things around when doing vacuuming or mopping, this is a great tool to have as you only need to move your things ONCE since this a vacuum and mop operation all in ONE. All the dirt, hair and pet furs get sucked into the dirty water tank and nothing gets flying into the air, so air is always clean and fresh. Add a fresh smelling cleaning agent into the clean water and it is a great room deodoriser! I love this machine and can't live without it.

I guess because my floor tends to be a little more dirty than others as I have pets so it needs to be rolled over a couple more times before the floor becomes totally clean. Machine is easy to maintain after use except that it can be a little heavy to lift if required but guess it is necessary to be heavy as its weight needs to act on the rollers for a good rub on the floor.

I used to mop the home floors with a bucket and mop. But every time I did that, the water in the bucket was always black and dirty. It started becoming a chore having the throw out the water, rinse out the mop twice, refill the buckets with fresh water/floor detergent, and continue mopping the floors. Each mopping session required at least 3 bucket changes, and even so, the water was still dirty. It hit me that when I mop, all I was doing was spreading the dirty water all over the floors and letting it dry up on the floor. This was clearly obvious when our feet were always black! In the end, I went down to my regular mega electrical shop to try and find a solution to my problems. However, all they had were steam cleaners (only good for disinfection but not removing dirt), and a wet vacuum from a reputable German brand which was a vacuum cleaner which could dispense a detergent solution and suck up the dirty water. The problem with this German product though was it's designed like a conventional vacuum cleaner with the need for separate hoses, pipes, attachments and base unit. This design is something I've always avoided due to the need for assembly, disassembly, and finding lots of space to store them away after use. As I walked through the store once more, that was when I came across the Philips Aqua Trio Pro ... I was blown away by its design - no need to spend time putting it together, and storage is easy as it only takes up a very small footprint. It also looks stylish enough to let it stand in a corner of my living room. The price was pricey though, and almost walked away from it until I did some math. When amortized over its 2 year warranty lifespan, it only costs me the equivalent of 4 eggs a day. Based on my previous experience with Philips home appliances, it would definitely last much longer. Assuming an achievable 5 years without the need for repairs/service, it's only about the cost of slightly below 2 eggs a day! I bought it immediately. After bringing it home, I opened the box and there were only 3 items, one being the cleaning/storage base tray, the trigger handle and the vacuum unit itself. All I needed was to attach the handle to the vacuum, tighten up a locking screw to hold them together and that's it, all ready to go! I was very impressed with it's weight and performance the first time I used it. I never realized that there was so much dirt on the living room floor when it came to emptying the full collection container. It also uses so little detergent solution which made it very efficient and environmentally saving. One tank of solution could also cover my 60 square meter living room. As it was the first run, I ended up going through 3 runs of the living room to do a thorough job. The 3rd and final run was only with plain water and it was amazing to see that the collected water was white and slightly cloudy. This meant that there was no more/dirt/dust and it had also done a great job with the 3rd run floor rinse. Though it was heavier than a cordless vacuum cleaner, there wasn't significant strain on the arm/shoulder/back, and bearing in mind that I recently had surgery a month back to correct a dislocated shoulder from a road accident. The best part: I didn't have to sweep up/vacuum loose dust/hair from the floor prior to using the Aqua Trio Pro. Using the ATP alone could do all of that in one go and saved my shoulder from more strain. The only downside is that it cannot reach corners and leaves a 2 inch edge with walls that aren't cleaned/vacuumed. Had to use a conventional mop to cover these areas. However, nobody walks along the floor edges along the walls (not unless you're a cat/mouse/lizard), so that wasn't too much of a big deal. I'm a happy camper.

My first Aquatrio Pro bought 4 years ago was broken where the handle attached to the bottom part was cracked. I guess is wear and tear issue. Throughout this 4 years I have never regret purchased it and I'm going for a second piece soon. However improvement needed to improve the design, especially the handle

Love the product. Make me wanna use it weekly. Added some fun into mopping and really clean the floor. The floor is dry immediately after the mop hence lesser water mark on the floor. Save time, water and effort and cannot live without it now. Took one start out because it cannot reach the corner. But use a normal mop to go around the side of the house. A small effort compared of

This is a great innovative product by Philips. It is able to clean both traditional ceramic floor tiles and the synthetic overlay tiles at home. As water is used in the cleaning, there's absolutely no dust in the air. The air is fresh always, when it's operating. There are two things that can be improved though. Firstly is the weight, it could be too heavy to manoeuvre for some people. Secondly, the side margin is too big, resulting a gap of 1.5cm from the wall where the vacuum cannot reach. Will have to do manual cleaning for these areas.

The Aquatrio Pro vacuum and mop the floor at the same time. It took the burden of doing 2 chores just for the floor. Easy to use and cleaning the brushes is hassle-free. A bit heavy though but it glided smoothly without adding extra weight. Ease my chores quite a bit. The cons are, the water tank is not big enough cause I have to add water after cleaning 3 rooms. And also it cannot go under some furnitures or near to corner because of the thickness of the vacuum. Overall, it is an awesome product. So far so good.

Been using it for about a month..gotta say it really does what it says. saves time when you can do vacuum and mopping together. You will feel the satisfaction when you see clear water turns black after using it. I used a magic clean wipe afterwards to test if there are any dust left on thr floor and it remains white. Only back thing is a bit heavy and difficult to maneuver around, especially if you a lot of corners or furnitures which you have to shift them out of the way. Other than that, it's a piece of equipment that I hope it will last as long as it can.
