Cordless phone answer machine

The product does exactly what is says on the tin, and you get what you pay for. Aesthetically it is comparable to most designs available on the market, so there is no novel design features but the phone is easy to use and if it just needed for phone and answer phone usage then this is perfectly reasonable product. The caller display feature and the fact that only one phone needs to be connected to the phone line is an advantage and the charging plug is compact so it can be hidden easily.

This is the worst cordless phone I have ever had (this is the fourth so far) Particularly now we all have very sophisticated mobile phones the sheer inadequacy of this phone is very frustrating There is no hands free facility - something not flagged on the packaging and something I miss every day The operating system is hard to use, the way you load in information is "clunky" and navigating round the menu doesn't actually work. Accessing the answerphone messages doesn't work either so this "feature" is completely unusable. I have had to switch it off (which took me twenty minutes) because people were complaining that I never responded to their messages If you're thinking of buying this phone save your money - a couple of tin cans with string would be better
