Love this little investment and never used trimmer before, and now i can't leave the house without using it. Simply amazing & user friendly product

This product is good for the price the only thing I recommend is that there should be a cover for the cutting edges to protect them.

A very good device to trim beards accurately and with ease. you need to be very careful with it as I have found. Overall a very good appliance

I have owned the BT9295 for years now, but for some reason the battery doesn't hold its charge,I still use it plugged in, I was wondering if the battery can be replaced.

Mine was the BT5275 - similar device without the laser. It was stolen from me by my son. I am sure the BT9000 is as good as the BT5275. But I cannot buy them anywhere!!!! Please Philips, send a whole bunch of them to Calgary, Canada!!!!

Used the beard trimmer for 6 months. I love it! I don't use the laser much but it is neat to have. Does a great job with different lengths. Best beard trimmer I have tried. Charge time is quick. Easy to wash.

Dear developers, You have taken beard trimming to new heights. Again this new machine is getting more efficient and consumers will notice they spend less time on the chore of controlling their facial hair. To the contrary, it almost becomes a pleasure as it just does what it’s told to – trim precisely as you like it. With its dual-size swivel-head blade cutting burns and also the fringes around the ears is done in a precise manner. The laser is not entirely necessary but for those who ever experienced trying to cut the burns evenly its nice gimmick as the laser extends beyond the width of the blade and hence enables you to cut pretty much at the same angle. The mix of design/functionality and its overall handiness makes it a superior tool. I is going to be a big challenge to beat his one. Thanks for providing excellence.

Would prefer a slightly larger / wider cutting head, but otherwise very pleased with it.

Gives a decent trim! Only negative is that sometimes when you pull the plastic comb off, the whole blade part goes flying - just remove with caution.
