    Why does the PPM4501 back massager automatically stop working?

    The PPM4501 back massager is set to automatically shut off after each 15 minute massage so as to prevent injury caused by excessive massage or the hot compress. Please let the device rest for 30 minutes before pressing the button to restart it.
