How to update the firmware of my Philips photoframe?

    Published on 2017-08-24

You can download the latest firmware from the software & drivers section. To update the frame you will require an SD card. Upgrade Instructions 1) Download the latest firmware to your PC from the software & drivers section 2) Locate the file on your hard-drive and extract it; this can be done by right-clicking the zip folder on most PCs 3) Open the new, non-zipped, folder and copy the contents onto your SD card- This should be copied into the root directory of the card i.e. it should not be within a folder 4) Turn off the photo frame 5) Insert the SD card into the SD card slot at the rear of the photo frame; this should be marked ?SD? 6) Turn on the photo frame 7) The firmware update should start automatically Note: If there is more than 1 SD card slot on your photo frame it is not important which one is used
