The Promotion is available to Eligible Products purchased between 1 April 2026 and 31 December 2026 from participating stores.

If you purchase an Eligible Product, simply

- Complete the claim form
- Upload your purchase receipt

 

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible.

The Eligible Products under this Guarantee are: 

        AUX400T15: DreamStation CPAP Pro HumHT; and
        AUX500T15: DreamStation Auto CPAP HumHT.
         
This Promotion is in addition to any rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
 

The Promotion is only open to Australian residents, aged 18 years and above, who have been prescribed therapy by a registered sleep physician.
