Your robot is equipped with line lasers and IToF sensors to detect stairs and other floor-level differences so that it can avoid them. Dark floors may be mistakenly identified as stairs, so your robot will not drive onto them.
To help your robot recognise the dark floor, make sure that the room is well lit by turning on the lights.
