To pair the robot with the Philips HomeRun app, put the robot back into Wi-Fi setup by pressing and holding the return and start/stop buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until you see the white scanning light on the robot. Then, follow the on-screen instructions. If pairing fails, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Quit the HomeRun app.
- Check your smartphone's Wi-fi connection. If your network is slow, turn the router off and on again.
- The robot's All-in-One Station should be placed in a location with good Wi-Fi coverage. Move the All-in-One Station closer to the router for a stronger Wi-Fi signal.
- Check if you have selected the correct model.
- Check your Wi-Fi password. Make sure that you have entered the correct password for the home Wi-Fi network in the app.
- Make sure that you are using the latest version of the Philips HomeRun app. To do this, go to the app store and check if there is an update available.
- Check if the robot is in Wi-Fi set-up mode. For the app to be successfully paired, the robot must be in Wi-Fi set-up mode.
- Press and hold the start/stop button and return button at the same time for three seconds. The light on the robot will flash white to indicate that the robot is in Wi-Fi set-up mode.
Note:
If the Wi-Fi pairing has failed, the light on the robot will flash amber.
