    Lost connection after switching from wired to Wi-Fi

    If you used the network wizard to configure the wireless network settings, the product will return to the main menu even if you entered incorrect network settings. After switching between wired and wireless option, first restart the product to make sure it re-connects to the network and uses the correct settings. If the problem persists the wireless security settings might have been entered incorrectly. Also make sure you entered to a correct network via the options menu. If this is incorrect, the product still tries to connect but does not get the access.
