great price from big W can tell when when Dolby Atmos / Dolby surround in on the only thing is sometimes there's a bug where Dolby does not kick in sometimes till you reboot it a second time but this could be a TV bug from TCL. not sure other than that, fully recommended sound bar no other problems would subwoofer etc

The surround effect keeps you thirst for more ACTION PACKED movies. Well designed with current AV technology. Done well with R&D before coming up with this unit. Good job N well done.

Great product with fantastic sounds. It is let down by a few things: 1. You cant turn off the LED display at the front 2. When turning on the bar it defaults to volume 4 which can be quite loud 3. It takes 8-9 seconds for sound to start when turning on

How to reduce sound volume going up. Pls advice tqvm.

This sound bar fills the room with great sound. It is one of the best sounding that I've owned but.... The subwoofer cuts out constantly for several seconds before reconnecting. It does this at any volume level and no matter how close or far I place the sub from the sound bar.

Overall it was good but out of sudden after 2 years using it and it was no more sound, after send to service center and they inform the Sound System was having a common problem which the main board will burn and they have no longer repairing the main board and they informed that is a common problems happen for this model. Sad!

The remote control's some button is not working. Initially thought that is battery weak and purposely go out to buy for a new battery. After replace with the new one is also the same. Call the Salesman in Desa Home and he blamed that with many excuses. For e.g, we bought the wrong battery and fussy people will get bad stuff sort like that. Finally, send it back to Desa Home and tested it. It was working initially. So the salesman said we are bad luck as he never faced such a problem like that. But later, it is luckily not working again in front of the him. So he let us temporarily use the display set remote while getting the replacement from Philips. A few days later, he called us said the new remote is in stock, and ask us to change it. When we reach, the so-called "New" remote is having the same issue. Then the salesman keeps saying we are bad luck without any apology. It has been wasted all our time to purposely drop by during heavy rain after work. He should have tested it is working fine before asking us to change it. What the worst is, we found out the so-called "New" remote is actually the malfunctioning one that we send back to him. We recognized the plastic wrap that with a hole in front of the sensor as we are the ones that poked it worried that the plastic blocked the sensor. Very dissatisfied with Philips products as this is the 2nd complaint after our Philips 65" Smart TV purchased at the beginning of the year.

the system is simple and have great sound effects and feel like we are in theater.one big lake is no supporting app in iPhone or androids.
