AirStretch 8000 SeriesHandheld Steamer

Absolutely love the Philips 8000 series AirStretch hand held steamer is flawless! She’s so pretty and light, it works a dream! It’s quiet, heats up so quick and does the trick fast leaving clothes smooth and crinkle free. I was surprised at how quick and easy it is to use. The water compartment is of a good size and lasts without having to refill often. It did a really good job on some harder peices of clothing. I love using it and don’t see ironing my clothes a hassle anymore.

The steamer was simple to use and way more convenient then a traditional iron. I especially like that I do not need to be concerned about having a hot iron laying around, waiting for to cool down. Especially when kids are running around.

This steamer is AMAZING. It is so easy to use, high quality and it works on every kind of fabric! No more getting out a big iron board, burning myself and my clothes! I’ve been using this steamer EVERY day on work clothes, my son’s school shirt, dress pants, regular tees you name it. It gets out all the wrinkles and is lightweight portable enough to bring into every room needed. Highly recommend!

We got gifted this to try and usually I do all the ironing in the house but since we got this it’s replaced the ironing and my husband is constantly using it on his work shirts. It now lives upstairs in our wardrobe as he uses it daily. It’s so easy to use and the fact it holds the fabric with the suction as it steams makes it so much better then any steamer we have tried before.

I really liked this product, the design of the steamer is really luxurious looking. It’s very simple to use, and once you get the hang of it, you’ll want to do your whole wardrobe. I used this product on 3 different types of material, cotton, polyester and linen. It smoothed out the wrinkles in every garment with ease. I’ll definitely be adding this into the rotation when I need my clothing wrinkle free!

I've had many steamers before. I really dislike ironing, so steaming was an awesome discovery for me. However, There are some things that I did not like as much... The fact that the steam comes out continuously (if you have kids, you know how dangerous that is!), the fact that you can't use it on all fabrics, and that most take quite long to heat up. In comes this beauty. The Philips 8000 series is such a game changer. It has something called airstretch tech, which sucks in your fabric while you steam... And the steam/stretch only works when you push the button, so you can choose when the steam comes out. That is just so unique and handy. Also, the power cord is really long, which makes it perfect for me, as my house doesn't have that many power plugs... And it heats up in 30s The steamer has three settings: just steaming, airstretch/steam on the lightest setting and a harder setting. For my hubby's dress shirts for work, the first setting worked! For my linen dresses, S2 worked. Love!

This steamer has not disappointed! The technology is next level. Unlike other steamers I’ve used, there was absolutely no spitting water onto my clothes while steaming. The AirStretch technology is amazing , it feels like a vacuum gently sucking the wrinkles out of the fabric, making steaming so much easier and more effective. I’m genuinely impressed with how well it works!

Got this steamer the other day, as a chef I like to have a pressed uniform for work and usually its an ordeal to get the board, the iron and so on but with this I can have my uniforms hanging up on a coat hanger against my bathroom door and smoothen out my uniform(and other clothes of course) much faster and more conveniently, works on curtains too, it has different power settings so you can be more gentle on thinner fabrics too. Haven't had a chance to use on a lot of different clothes yet but can reccomend it for polycotton and regular clothes, if you have any graphic t-shirts or similar its worth doing them inside out to not affect the print itself, not that I've damaged anything with this tool but just years of experience. Overall, I feel this will definitely save me a lot of time and space in my day to day, it takes about 30 seconds to geat up and is very easy to use.

I like the aesthetic and design of the steamer. It's very easy to use and and comfortable to hold. It worked fairly well, although there was a little bit of a learning curve when switching between steam and fan functions. It also took a little while to heat up. It's particularly useful for delicate fabrics that are difficult to iron using a traditional iron. It can save you time and is convenient to use thanks to its portability. It did feel a bit heavy when holding for longer periods, and the water tank may require frequent refilling. All in all I'd rate it a 7 out of 10.

The Philips Airstretch Handheld Steamer is really great with delicate materials- silk, chiffon, satin. Takes more time to attend to materials like linen & heavier cotton but it gets the job done. Due to the small water chamber I felt I had to replace the water every 2-3 garments. But for a quick refresh it was perfect.
